We have been owned by the same family for the entire 50 plus years of service. Coleman Hacker started working for his uncle in the early 60's. In 1968 he bought a small dump truck and a roller. He would pave during the day and work at GE third shift. Eventually he quit GE to pave full time. In 1972 he took on a partner and bought his uncle out. That is also when we were incorporated. In 1978 Coleman bought out his partner.
In the mid 70's David Hacker joined the company. At the age of 17 he started to sell for the company, along with working on the crew. In 1994 David was made President and Co-Owner.
